If you have a PPO insurance plan from any insurance provider all you need to pay at the time of your visit is the co-pay indicated by your plan. We will bill for any overages or procedures that are not covered. We will work with your carrier and make sure all claims are submitted properly. If you don't have insurance, we also accept cash and check payments. We can make payment arrangements if necessary.
